UP Ensemble — Urban Folk Music
This 2003 album release comes from the collaborative Cleveland-based Quartet the UP Ensemble, a band that was a precursor to the Brooklyn-born SPOKE. Band includes Chris Burge – Tenor Sax, Matt Charboneau – Bass, Beau Lisy – Drums and Andy Hunter – Trombone.
Andy Hunter Quartet — The Slow Road to Shanghai
This 2004 album was recorded during a 3 month/6 night a week long gig from the Andy Hunter Quartet at The House of Blues and Jazz, Shanghai. The band included Chris Trzcinski – Drums, E.J. Parker – Bass, Kevin McHugh – Piano, and Andy Hunter – Trombone.
SPOKE – SPOKE>
The debut album for the Brooklyn-born Quartet SPOKE was recorded in 2007. The band has been together since 2005, and includes Justin Wood – Alto Sax and Flute, Dan Loomis – Bass, Danny Fischer – Drums and Andy Hunter – Trombone and Melodica. Album features mostly originals by the band.

SPOKE’s 3rd album, (R)Anthems features a lot of the songs sourced from Jazz, Pop and World Music that the band had been playing since its 2005 beginnings but had never recorded.
